When you submit our contact or audit forms, we collect: name, email, company, message content, and project details you provide. We may store a hashed IP address for abuse prevention.

3. How We Use Your Data

To respond to inquiries, provide QA audit services, improve our services, and send transactional emails related to your submission. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Retention

We retain lead and inquiry data for up to 36 months from last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or you request deletion sooner.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@autestio.com. If you are in South Korea, you may have additional rights under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

6. Third Parties

We use service providers for hosting (Vercel), email (Resend), notifications (Slack), and analytics. These processors handle data only on our instructions.
